Project references
Portfolio and case-study pages are clearly labeled reference briefs and reference builds. They are not presented as named client work, historical performance claims, or guaranteed outcomes. A real engagement is scoped against the client’s own inputs, access, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
Engagements
A paid engagement begins only after the parties agree to a written proposal, scope, fees, timeline, responsibilities, and applicable terms. The signed agreement for that engagement controls if it conflicts with general website information.
Third-party platforms
Service pages mention third-party platforms and technologies for scope clarity. Platform names, APIs, features, pricing, availability, and policies can change. Platform access and third-party charges remain subject to the provider’s own terms unless a signed project agreement says otherwise.
