[ How we work ]

A process built to remove risk, not add it.

Five phases, weekly increments, written scope, and a handover your team can operate without us. That's the whole playbook — everything below is detail.

[ The phases ]

Five phases. No mystery.

01 · Discover

Week 1

A structured working session on how your business actually runs — tools, workflows, data flow, and the bottlenecks people complain about at 5pm. We interview the people doing the work, not just the person buying it.

  • Systems map
  • Bottleneck ranking
  • Success metrics agreed

02 · Architect

Week 2

The plan before the build: stack, integrations, content model, acceptance criteria, and the metrics the work will be measured against. Scoped and priced so there are no surprises at invoicing time.

  • Written scope
  • Technical architecture
  • Fixed timeline + price

03 · Build

Weeks 3–5

Weekly reviewable increments. Every Friday ends with something you can click, test, and critique. The new system is wired into your existing stack — not built beside it in a silo.

  • Weekly builds
  • Staging environment
  • Progress demos

04 · Launch

Week 6

A rehearsed go-live: deployment, monitoring, backups, and a rollback path if anything misbehaves. No launch-day surprises, because nothing ships without a run-through first.

  • Production deploy
  • Monitoring live
  • Rollback runbook

05 · Operate & optimize

Ongoing

Post-launch watch on the agreed metrics. We hand over documentation your team can actually operate — then iterate on what the numbers say, not what we assume.

  • Handover docs
  • Labeled dashboards
  • Monthly iteration report

[ Engagement models ]

Three ways to work with us. Pick the fit.

01

Fixed scope

A defined build — website, store, or workflow

One price, one timeline, one accountable delivery. You get weekly demos and a written handover. Best when the outcome is clear.

Typical: 3–6 weeks
02

Monthly retainer

Ongoing optimization and support

A reserved slice of capacity for releases, tweaks, experiments, and monitoring. You can pause with one month's notice.

Typical: 10–40h / month
03

Dedicated team

A product you plan to keep building

A senior pod (engineer + designer + strategist) embedded in your operation, shipped in two-week cycles against your backlog.

Typical: multi-quarter

[ Ownership ]

At handover, you own everything.

No lock-in, no hostage keys. Every engagement ends with the full system in accounts and repositories registered to you.

  • Source code and repositories, in your org
  • Prompts, workflow definitions, and agent configurations
  • API keys and cloud infrastructure, billed to you
  • Domain, CMS, analytics, and platform accounts
  • Runbooks and documentation your team can operate
  • A goodbye plan — not a ransom note — if you ever leave

[ Operating principles ]

How we behave, in writing.

  • Increments, not big bangs. You see working software every week.
  • Written scope, agreed before build. Discoveries become change requests, not dramas.
  • Your tools stay yours. We integrate with your stack instead of replacing it.
  • Handover is a deliverable. Documentation is as important as the code.
  • Metrics decide. We optimize against the numbers we agreed, not opinions.

[ Tooling ]

Boring tools, predictably used.
